This is one of the most easiest dishes to make and tastes yummy with Parathas.
- 2 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Tomatos
- 2 Green Chillis
- Cooking Oil
- Malai ( Cooking Cream)
- Haldi ( Turmeric )
- Heat the Oil
- Add Chopped Onion and Green Chillis
- Once the Onion are Brown, Add chopped Tomatos.
- Add Haldi and Salt.
- Add Malai, Heat for 2 minutes.
- And You are Ready with Malai Thadka.
This might look bit too simple, but believe me this is one of my favorite dishes with Paratha.
