Makki Di Roti aka Corn Roti

A few Days back I shared Sarso Da Saag Recipe, now let me complete the meal by giving you the recipe for Makki Di Roti. No Saag Recipe is complete without Makki Di Roti.

  • IngredientsPSX_20190429_150209
    • 1 1/2 Cup of Makki Flour
    • 1/2 Cup of Wheat Flour
    • Coriander Leaf
    • 2 Finely Chopped Chilies
    • Dried Methi
    • Ajwain
    • Warm Water
    • Salt
    • Oil/Ghee
  • Preparation
    • Mix the two flours and add warm water
    • Knead the dough
    • Add coriander leaves, Dried Methi, Ajwain and salt
    • One Dough is done. Make into small Balls
    • Roll the Dough Balls into Round Rotis
    • Add Ghee on Pan
    • Cook your Makki Di Roti

Serve Makki Di Roti with Saag or Just have it with Curd or Butter.
