This recipe is most useful when you leftover dry cooked veggies. You can use anything to stuff inside or just use plain cheese. Here I used Cooked Capsicum and Potatoes.
- 2 Slice of Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Cooked Potato Capsicum Veggies (Anything to stuff Bread with)
- Salt to taste
- Cut the sides of Bread
- Roll the bread flat
- Beat the Egg
- Put the Potato Capsicum Veggies + Cheese one oneside ( As shown)
- Role the Bread
- Dip the Bread in Egg Mix
- Heat Pan and add Butter
- Cook the Role on Pan.
